Iris Lainez-Amaya is dedicated to ensuring the organization receives the support and resources needed to thrive. She actively advances the “I Have a Dream” mission through mentorship, advocacy, and consistent guidance for Dreamer scholars.

As a proud Salvadoran-American who grew up in Newark, Iris developed a strong commitment to uplifting and supporting her community from an early age.

Outside of her work, she enjoys reading, binge-watching shows, listening to musicals, and spending time with her family.
