A Night to Remember: Father and Daughter Dance

On April 25, 2026, IHDFNJ Dreamer Scholars and their families gathered for a special evening at the Father and Daughter Dance, sponsored by New Community Cooperation.

The evening was filled with laughter, music, dancing, and moments that brought families closer together. Fathers and daughters had the opportunity to spend meaningful time together, celebrate their bond, and create memories they could carry with them long after the night was over.

For IHDFNJ, family engagement is an important part of the Dreamer Scholar experience. Events like the Father and Daughter Dance create meaningful opportunities for families to connect outside of the classroom while reminding each scholar that they are valued, encouraged, and supported by a community that believes in their journey.
